Angeland Return Policy
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from Angeland. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review our return policy.
- Return Conditions
- Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with the original packaging.
- All tags must be intact.
- The item must be returned in its complete set, including the branded box, cotton pouch, care card, and the item itself (scarf or ribbon).
- According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. This period starts from the day the product is received.
- Exclusions
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.
What is not considered a defect for silk products:
- Natural variations in color and texture that are typical of silk.
- Minor wrinkles or unevenness that may arise during production or packaging.
- Small changes in the pattern due to the printing process or hand hemming of the products.
- Slight unevenness in dyeing.
Each product, after being manufactured at the factory, undergoes a thorough quality control process. We always strive to provide our customers with products that meet the highest standards. However, we kindly ask you to consider the nuances of the manufacturing process and review the characteristics that are not considered defects.
- Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our support via the contact form on our website or email us at angeland.brand@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer if the item is not defective.
- Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund according to the terms of your bank.
